The tickets are ridiculously expensive for all us people who don't have dollar bills growing out from our anuses and the lines are tremedously looooong. (that's what she said)
Boy, am I gonna get a lot of hate for saying that Disneyland sucks.
Anyways, back to the main topic.
I came home yesterday from our family's Memorial Weekend trip to
LAS VEGASSSS!!
fuck yea. The REAL "happiest place on Earth".
Vegas is like a sinful realm of paradise. That is, if you consider delicious, succulent food, spectacular night shows (Cirque du Soleil FTW), love making til dawn, and interesting museums to be sinful.
My parents, being as awesome as they are, took me to the Luxor hotel where they had the BODIES exhibit.
The bodies were preserved using some type of petrification technique; the effect was truly amazing.You could see all the gruesome insides and anatomical organs including individual strands of blood vessels. The most fascinating part was the way they positioned the bodies. There were bodies of young'uns playing basketball and soccer, an old person with a cane, and two lovers having sex.
My parents enjoyed a production by Cirque du Soleil at the Bellagio Hotel called "O". The tickets were a bit pricey they were around $120 each but hey, life comes with sacrifices.
The show features extravagently dressed acrobats twirling and diving in the air across a pool of water on the stage.
All in all, it was a satifisying trip.
