Homemade-Almost-from-scratch-pizza

Whenever I go on my trips/adventures to Trader Joe's I always fantasize about those $1.27 bags of pre-made pizza dough that come in whole wheat, original, and herb flavors.
Yesterday I just couldn't resist and ended up taking home a bag of herb flavored, a chunk of fresh mozzarella, and a jar of marinara sauce.

Today for lunch I rummaged through my fridge and backyard to find random toppings to experiment with. The results were delicious indeed.
